Our Vision is to build a diverse and inclusive local workforce with the training and skills needed to construct the future.
Our Mission is to develop a sustainable centre of excellence for preparing individuals to reinforce the construction workforce and address the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Who are we?
Constructing Futures is a local construction skills agency which has been created to meet the needs of local employers for a skilled workforce by providing advice, support and training.
Constructing Futures engages with employers, employees and trainees to increase the opportunities for local employment and training to meet local skills shortages.
Why Are We Doing This?
Over the next 10 years, the scale of planned development in Brighton and Hove is likely to exceed £2 billion.
Major developments will include the:
- Station Site Retail, Housing, Leisure and Education project
- King Alfred Leisure and Housing Project
- International Arena at Black Rock
- Brighton Marina Housing and Retail Project
- Brighton Centre replacement
- Preston Barracks Housing and Commercial project
- A new Community Stadium at Falmer
